About 

 I am a Homeopath and Bach Flower Essence Practitioner based in Dundalk, Co Louth, on the East coast of Ireland. I received my licentiate with the Irish School of Homeopathy Dublin in 2024, and my Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP) with the Bach Centre in April 2025.

 

I was introduced to Homeopathy over six years ago when I was dealing with my own issues with pain. I had tried many different treatments but it was Homeopathy that really helped me and started me on my healing journey.

We are faced with many challenges in our day-to-day lives that can create stress and trauma that we carry with us. I believe that what affects the mind also affects the body, and if we are living with a heavy heart and a darkened mind, this will come out in the body in some way leading to disease. 

 

Homeopathy and Bach Essences help to comfort us and bring understanding into our lives that helps to balance the mind and body, so that we may boost our vitality and feel well, as well as help us navigate our journey through life.
